30-hour Salesperson Post-License Course
Students must have already passed the Alabama Salesperson Examination and have an active or inactive temporary license prior to the start date of this course.
To obtain an original license, a 30-hour Alabama Saleperson Post-License Course is required after being issued a temporary license.
This post-license course targets practical application towards your new real estate career. It will include tips and resources from seasoned real estate professionals. We want you to be the best agent that you can be!
This class will meet Monday, May 18 - Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Please see schedule below.

Attendees must attend 90% of the classes. After successful completion, students will be eligible to apply for an Original Salesperson License. Materials are included.
