Nikita Patrick-Thomas
I am not your typical real estate instructor. I bring together real-world real estate experience and a strong foundation in education to create a learning experience that is both engaging and effective. I hold a Master’s Degree in Education with High Distinction in International Studies (Spanish) and an Education Specialist Degree from Troy University. I am the Qualifying Broker of Patrick-Thomas Co LLC in Montgomery, AL.
I've spent ten years in K–12 education, where I learned the importance of meeting students where they are and using a variety of instructional methods to keep learners engaged—because you can’t learn if you’re bored. I've had the honor of teaching the Alabama Salesperson Pre-License course at Troy University–Dothan, where I built and refined my own curriculum at the collegiate level.
Seeking to challenge myself further and provide an even higher level of instruction, I founded my own state-approved real estate school where my mission is to prepare future real estate professionals with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills they need to pass the exam and succeed in the industry.
While teaching at Real Estate U of Alabama, I have continuously tailored my curriculum to align with changing exam outlines and licensing requirements, ensuring students were always prepared for what the exam truly demands. My instructional framework has proven effective—one that is intentional, structured, and exam-focused without sacrificing real-world application.
