A person must pass a 60-hour Salesperson Pre-License course in order to earn an Alabama Real Estate Salesperson License. What does that look like at REUA? Students must pass all quizzes with 80% or above along with passing the midterm and final exams with a 75% or above. Attendees must attend 90% of the classes. After successfully completing the course, students are eligible to sit for the Alabama State Real Estate Salesperson Exam. Textbooks and materials included.

This course is offered in-person from Sep 28 - Nov 17, 2026. Classes are Mondays & Wednesdays (with the exception of Tuesday, October 13, Thursday, October 15, and Tuesday, November 17) from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm. as well as two Saturday classes from 8:00-3:00 pm. See schedule above.
