A person must pass a 60-hour Salesperson Pre-License course in order to earn an Alabama Real Estate Salesperson License. What does that look like at REUA? Students must pass all quizzes with 80% or above along with passing the midterm and final exams with a 75% or above. Attendees must attend 90% of the classes. After successfully completing the course, students are eligible to sit for the Alabama State Real Estate Salesperson Exam. Textbooks and materials included.

This course is offered in-person from March 23 - May 16, 2026. Classes are Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm, as well as two Saturday classes from 8:00-3:00 pm. See schedule above.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations received in writing at least 24 hours in advance prior to the first class meeting will receive a full refund. Once a course begins, refunds will not be issued.
