A person must pass a 60-hour Salesperson Pre-License course in order to earn an Alabama Real Estate Salesperson License. What does that look like at REUA? Students must pass all quizzes with 80% or above along with passing the midterm and final exams with a 75% or above. Attendees must attend 90% of the classes. After successfully completing the course, students are eligible to sit for the Alabama State Real Estate Salesperson Exam. Textbooks and materials included.

PRODUCT INFO
This course is offered in-person from January 12 - March 7, 2026. Classes are Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm, as well as two Saturday classes from 8:00-3:00 pm. See schedule above.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations received in writing at least 24 hours in advance prior to the first class meeting will receive a full refund. Once a course begins, refunds will not be issued.
