A person must pass a 60-hour Salesperson Pre-License course in order to earn an Alabama Real Estate Salesperson License. What does that look like at REUA? Students must pass all quizzes with 80% or above along with passing the midterm and final exams with a 75% or above. Attendees must attend 90% of the classes. After successfully completing the course, students are eligible to sit for the Alabama State Real Estate Salesperson Exam. Textbooks and materials included.
